- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
In medium bowl, mix the mashed banana and shredded coconut flakes until combined
Stir in cocoa powder
Add coconut flour until combined
Stir in cacao nibs until combined
Drop 13 (1 tbsp) scoops onto the baking sheet and gently press down in the center
Bake 25 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Store in fridge or freeze and save for later date
