  • 12 oz broccoli, steamed or one large head
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 - 2 tbsp almond milk or more, if needed
  • spices: thyme, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, pepper (to taste)


  • Steam broccoli until very tender
  • Transfer to food processor or blender
  • Add oils and spices and process until smooth
  • Add almond milk, as needed, to get to desired consistency
