Ingredients

  • 8 oz red cabbage chopped
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or to taste
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning or to taste
  • stevia 1-2 packets or 6-8 drops

Instructions

  • Put cabbage and apple in small saucepan with enough water to allow to 'braise' 
  • Add vinegar, lemon pepper, and stevia to sweeten
  • Fold cabbage over and over to cook evenly
