Ingredients
- 8 oz red cabbage chopped
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or to taste
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning or to taste
- stevia 1-2 packets or 6-8 drops
Instructions
- Put cabbage and apple in small saucepan with enough water to allow to 'braise'
- Add vinegar, lemon pepper, and stevia to sweeten
- Fold cabbage over and over to cook evenly
