  • 8 oz baby portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • italian seasoning, to taste
  • pink salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 385 degrees
  • Season meat with italian seasoning and pepper
  • Chop mushroom stems and add to meat
  • Stuff mushroom caps with meat mixture
  • Place on parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 30 minutes
