Ingredients
- 3.5 oz uncooked bison works with any meat
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp pink salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grind mushrooms and seasoning in food processor to a fine consistency
- Add bison and process until incorporated evenly
- Roll into balls
- Bake for 25 minutes. (Can pop under broiler if you like them browned)
