Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz uncooked bison works with any meat
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp pink salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Grind mushrooms and seasoning in food processor to a fine consistency
  • Add bison and process until incorporated evenly
  • Roll into balls
  • Bake for 25 minutes. (Can pop under broiler if you like them browned)
