- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp pink salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grind mushrooms and seasoning in food processor to a fine consistency
Add bison and process until incorporated evenly
Roll into balls
Bake for 25 minutes. (Can pop under broiler if you like them browned)
