Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz lean ground beef
  • 2 large Portobello mushroom caps
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • rosemary, to taste

Instructions

  • Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in bowl
  • Mix in ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, cumin, and Bragg's liquid Aminos
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and rosemary on top
  • Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake in oven at 400° for 20-25 minutes
