Ingredients
- 3.5 oz lean ground beef
- 2 large Portobello mushroom caps
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- rosemary, to taste
Instructions
- Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in bowl
- Mix in ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, cumin, and Bragg's liquid Aminos
- Sprinkle garlic powder and rosemary on top
- Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake in oven at 400° for 20-25 minutes
