- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- rosemary, to taste

Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in bowl
Mix in ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, cumin, and Bragg's liquid Aminos
Sprinkle garlic powder and rosemary on top
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake in oven at 400° for 20-25 minutes
