Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz lean ground beef
  • 8 oz tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • pink salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in small frying pan
  • Add garlic
  • Stir in tomatoes and water
  • Add spices and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced
  • Add water as needed to prevent burning
  • Serve with tomato garnish and salt and pepper to taste
