  • 2 cup green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 9 oz mixed frozen peppers
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped
  • 6 oz chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
  • pink salt and pepper to taste


  • Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
  • Add chicken and cook until no longer pink on either side
  • Add peppers, onion, and cabbage to skillet
  • Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
  • Remove from heat and stir in BBQ sauce, pink salt, and pepper
