Ingredients
- 2 cup green cabbage thinly sliced
- 9 oz mixed frozen peppers
- 1 small yellow onion chopped
- 6 oz chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
- pink salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink on either side
- Add peppers, onion, and cabbage to skillet
- Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
- Remove from heat and stir in BBQ sauce, pink salt, and pepper
