Ingredients
- 4 oz ground buffalo
- 3 cups red cabbage chopped finely
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp dried peppers
- 1/2 tbsp Skinny Girl BBQ Seasoning
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add ground buffalo, cooking until browned
- Stir in onion, garlic, dried peppers, and BBQ Seasoning
- After onions are starting to be translucent, stir in red cabbage
- Cook until desired consistency is reached
- Stir in pink salt
