Ingredients

  • 4 oz ground buffalo
  • 3 cups red cabbage chopped finely
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp dried peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp Skinny Girl BBQ Seasoning
  • pink salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add ground buffalo, cooking until browned
  • Stir in onion, garlic, dried peppers, and BBQ Seasoning
  • After onions are starting to be translucent, stir in red cabbage
  • Cook until desired consistency is reached
  • Stir in pink salt
