  • 3.5 oz ground beef
  • 4 oz diced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing + Stevia, to taste or 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all ingredients together in small bowl with hands
  • Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 6 mounds onto lined pan, flatten slightly if desired
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through
  • If desired, place under the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes or until browned on top
