- 4 oz diced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing + Stevia, to taste or 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine all ingredients together in small bowl with hands
Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 6 mounds onto lined pan, flatten slightly if desired
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through
If desired, place under the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes or until browned on top
