Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 small bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp egg whites or 1 egg white
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 8 tbsp vanilla hemp protein powder or other protein powder of choice, unsweetened or sweetened with Stevia
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix bananas, wet ingredients, and spices in food processor
- Mix the protein and the almond flour
- Mix in the pecans and raisins
- Grease 8 x 8 baking dish and pour batter into it
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
