Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 - 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • pink salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Steam asparagus
  • Place asparagus in food processor and pulse until well chopped
  • Place all other ingredients in food processor and process until combined
  • Transfer dip into Pyrex baking dish
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly
