Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash
- 1 tbsp butter grass-fed
- pumpkin pie seasoning
- Sweet Leaf liquid stevia
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds
- Place squash in a baking dish in 1" water, skin side up
- Bake 40 minutes or until tender
- Remove from oven
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie seasoning blend
- Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in each half with 5-10 drops of SweetLeaf liquid stevia (more or less to taste)
- Bake for another 10 minutes, skin side down
- Remove from oven & serve
