Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1 tbsp butter grass-fed
  • pumpkin pie seasoning
  • Sweet Leaf liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds
  • Place squash in a baking dish in 1" water, skin side up
  • Bake 40 minutes or until tender
  • Remove from oven
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin pie seasoning blend
  •  Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in each half with 5-10 drops of SweetLeaf liquid stevia (more or less to taste)
  • Bake for another 10 minutes, skin side down
  • Remove from oven & serve
