- 1 acorn squash
- 1 tbsp butter grass-fed
- pumpkin pie seasoning
- Sweet Leaf liquid stevia

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds
Place squash in a baking dish in 1" water, skin side up
Bake 40 minutes or until tender
Remove from oven
Sprinkle with pumpkin pie seasoning blend
Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in each half with 5-10 drops of SweetLeaf liquid stevia (more or less to taste)
Bake for another 10 minutes, skin side down
Remove from oven & serve
