Ingredients

Loaf Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour sifted
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 medium apple thinly sliced

Crumble Topping Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pecans ground
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Grease a loaf pan
  • Mix eggs applesauce, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla together in a bowl
  • Mix coconut flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a separate bowl
  • Mix wet into dry ingredients
  • Pour into loaf pan
  • Arrange sliced apples on top
  • Combine all crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top of apples
  • Bake for 40 minutes
