- 1 medium apple thinly sliced
Crumble Topping Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pecans ground
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp butter
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease a loaf pan
Mix eggs applesauce, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla together in a bowl
Mix coconut flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a separate bowl
Mix wet into dry ingredients
Pour into loaf pan
Arrange sliced apples on top
Combine all crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top of apples
Bake for 40 minutes
