Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds or 2 cups of roasted almonds
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pour almonds onto a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, if desired (Can be made with raw almonds as well)
- Transfer almonds to food processor or blender
- Process for about 10 minutes, scraping sides with spatula as needed, until smooth and creamy
- Add salt, if desired
