or 2 cups of roasted almonds
pink salt, to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour almonds onto a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, if desired (Can be made with raw almonds as well)
Transfer almonds to food processor or blender
Process for about 10 minutes, scraping sides with spatula as needed, until smooth and creamy
Add salt, if desired
