- 12.5 oz Trader Joe’s Premium Chunk White Chicken 1 can
- 1 rib celery
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Simple Girl Lemon Herb Seasoning
- 6 drops SweetLeaf stevia
Instructions
- Place celery in food processor and pulse until well chopped
- Stir in seasoning and stevia
- Add chicken and mustard then process until smooth
- It is best to use only Trader Joe's brand or chicken breast
