Ingredients
- 8 oz lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion minced
- 16 oz radishes sliced thin
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pink salt
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice radishes thin, size of scalloped potato slices
- Place in NuWave oven on foil and cook for 10-15 minutes (or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes)
- Brown beef and onions in skillet over medium-high heat
- Melt coconut oil in small saucepan
- Melt coconut oil in small saucepan
- Whisk almond milk and coconut flour together then stir into coconut oil
- Stir in nutritional yeast then bring to a simmer
- Stir in dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, and pepper
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove radishes from oven and stir into beef and onions
- Pour sauce into skillet and cook down until non-soupy consistency is reached
