Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen okra
- 2 cups cauliflower riced
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
- 4 oz cooked shrimp
- hot sauce, to taste
- pink salt, to taste
- Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning, to taste
- Stevia, optional
Instructions
- Boil cauliflower and okra in saucepan until cooked through
- Drain and return to saucepan
- Stir in coconut oil, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, and stevia (if desired)
- Toss cooked shrimp in BBQ Seasoning
- Place all ingredients in bowl and sprinkle with pink salt
