Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 - 2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf Stevia
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Melt coconut oil
- In medium bowl, mix oil, eggs, stevia, and salt together with a fork
- Add coconut flour and stir until dough holds together
- Gather the dough into a ball with hands
- Flatten dough out evenly into a 9″ greased pie pan
- Prick dough with a fork
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
