Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 2 cups frozen peppers & onions mix
- 4 oz beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook ground beef until browned
- Add taco seasoning and stir
- Add peppers and onions
- Put lid on skillet and cook until hot
- Add cauliflower rice and heat until hot
- Pour off any excess liquid
- Move mixture to serving bowl
- In small bowl, combine yogurt and salsa
- Spoon salsa yogurt onto Fajita bowl
