- 4 oz beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp salsa

Cook ground beef until browned
Add taco seasoning and stir
Add peppers and onions
Put lid on skillet and cook until hot
Add cauliflower rice and heat until hot
Pour off any excess liquid
Move mixture to serving bowl
In small bowl, combine yogurt and salsa
Spoon salsa yogurt onto Fajita bowl
