Ingredients
- 6 oz cod
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce no sugar added
- 1/2 cup Italian diced tomatoes
- 8 oz Sage Cauli Stuffing or plain riced cauliflower
- 8 drops Stevia
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 clove minced garlic
- lemon juice
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place cod on baking sheet and coat with lemon juice
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes
- In saucepan over medium-high heat, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, and spices
- Cook, stirring frequently, until heated
- Plate cauliflower, then cod, then sauce on top
