- 1/2 cup Italian diced tomatoes
- 8 oz Sage Cauli Stuffing or plain riced cauliflower
- 8 drops Stevia
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 clove minced garlic
- lemon juice
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
Place cod on baking sheet and coat with lemon juice
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes
In saucepan over medium-high heat, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, and spices
Cook, stirring frequently, until heated
Plate cauliflower, then cod, then sauce on top
