  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cumin

Instructions

  • In a food processor fitted with an S blade, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
  • Refrigerate in a glass container for up to 1 week
