Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia, if desired
- splash of unsweetened almond milk, if needed
Instructions
- Place banana and vanilla extract in food processor
- Pulse a few times until mixture is all chopped up
- Turn food processor on medium-high to high and process until mixture combines and becomes the consistency of ice cream (Add almond milk if necessary)
- Spoon into bowl
- Place in freezer for a few minutes if thicker consistency is desired
