  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt

Instructions

  • Heat skillet to medium-high heat
  • Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl
  • Form into 8 patties (or links)
  • Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through
