- 1 lb ground turkey or chicken

- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
Instructions
- Heat skillet to medium-high heat
- Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl
- Form into 8 patties (or links)
- Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through
