Ingredients

  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 can tuna
  • 3/4 cup frozen chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno mustard
  • hot sauce, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • paprika, to taste
  • pink salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Defrost green peppers and drain liquid
  • Combine tuna, green peppers, mustard, hot sauce, and spices in oven-safe baking dish
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes
  • Cut red pepper into thick strips
  • Spoon hot tuna mixture into red pepper strips
