Ingredients

  • 2 slices Cloud Bread
  • 3 oz turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 3 - 5 cranberries mashed
  • 5 - 10 drops Stevia
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup green beans

Instructions

  • Spread pumpkin onto bottom slice of cloud bread
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top
  • Lay turkey on top of pumpkin
  • Top with green beans
  • Combine greek yogurt, cranberries, and stevia together in small bowl
  • Spread yogurt mixture onto top slice of bread
  • Close sandwich
