  • 1 can white albacore tuna
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 5 green olives sliced thin
  • 5 hot pepper rings chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together with fork (or in food processer/mini chopper for creamier version)
  • Add pink salt and pepper, if desired
