Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp strawberry powder powder from the bottom of the bag of freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- 3 tbsp egg whites
- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 4 drops SweetLeaf vanilla crème stevia
- 1 strawberry
Instructions
- Combine coconut flour, strawberry powder, baking powder, almond milk and stevia in mug
- Add egg whites and whisk until combined
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes or bake at 350 until done (~20-30 minutes)
- Combine greek yogurt and vanilla crème stevia
- Spread on top of cooled cake
- Garnish with strawberry
