Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 8 drops liquid Stevia
- 2 drops Vanilla Crème Stevia
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin, flax meal, pumpkin pie spice and stevia in a bowl
- In separate bowl, combine greek yogurt and vanilla crème Stevia
- Spoon yogurt onto pumpkin mixture
