- 8 oz tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp celery seed
- Tabasco to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Bragg's liquid aminos
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Puree until desired consistency (add some water if needed)
- Place in refrigerator until chilled or serve over ice
