Ingredients
- 29 oz canned pumpkin
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2/3 cup canned coconut cream
- 1 medium onion minced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1.5 tsp pink salt
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat in large saucepan
- Stir in onions and cook about 3 minutes, until soft
- Add in pumpkin, water, coconut cream, applesauce, spice, and salt
- Cook and stir occasionally until heated through
