Ingredients

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast

Instructions

  • Melt butter in small saucepan
  • Stir in red pepper and cook until softened
  • Transfer to magic bullet/blender and pulse until completely mixed together
  • Steam riced cauliflower about 5 minutes
  • Add red pepper sauce to cauliflower
  • Stir in nutritional yeast
