- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
- Melt butter in small saucepan
- Stir in red pepper and cook until softened
- Transfer to magic bullet/blender and pulse until completely mixed together
- Steam riced cauliflower about 5 minutes
- Add red pepper sauce to cauliflower
- Stir in nutritional yeast
