  • 16 oz celery
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Bring large saucepan 3/4 full of water to a boil
  • Slice celery into very thin strips
  • Boil celery for about 20 minutes, until very soft and noodle-like
  • Strain water out in colander then return noodles to saucepan
  • Stir in ranch seasoning
