  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 hearts of palm
  • 8 radishes
  • 6 heirloom grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • pink salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
  • Stir in mustard and spices until well combined
