Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup puree pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 15 drops Sweetleaf Stevia Clear

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 350
  • Mix ¾ cup puree pumpkin, ¾ cup cottage cheese, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp
    ground ginger, 1/8 tsp ground cloves and 15 drops of Sweetleaf Stevia Clear
  • Bake 30 minutes and serve with fruit of choice
  • If you choose to eat chilled blend all ingredients and chill for 30-60 minute
