Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or ¼ cup whipped cottage cheese or ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 4 scoops protein powder Stevia sweetened
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together
  • Add wet to dry and stir to combine
  • Pour into 12 regular sized muffin tins or 6 jumbo ones
  • Bake for 12-15 min for normal muffins and 16-20 min for jumbo muffins
