Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt or ¼ cup whipped cottage cheese or ¼ cup milk of choice
- 4 scoops protein powder Stevia sweetened
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add wet to dry and stir to combine
- Pour into 12 regular sized muffin tins or 6 jumbo ones
- Bake for 12-15 min for normal muffins and 16-20 min for jumbo muffins
