Ingredients

  • 4 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 green pepper sliced thin
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz mushrooms quartered
  • 1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Drain fat then return to stovetop
  • Stir in coconut oil, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic
  • Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are softened
  • Stir in nutritional yeast (may need to add in some water)
