Ingredients
- 4 oz lean ground beef
- 1 green pepper sliced thin
- 1 onion sliced thin
- 4 oz mushrooms quartered
- 1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat
- Drain fat then return to stovetop
- Stir in coconut oil, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are softened
- Stir in nutritional yeast (may need to add in some water)
