Ingredients

  • 1 batch "Cauli-Tortillias" found in Phase 2 recipes, spread thin like crepes. I cooked directly on a non-stick tray in order to brown nicely.
  • 1 orange
  • 18 drops Vanilla Stevia
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh Basil

Instructions

  • While cauli-tortillia-crepes are baking, in bowl, chop orange into chunks. Add vanilla flavored Stevia (you can adjust the amount to-taste according to your own liking). When "crepes" are finished, arrange on plate. Pour orange mixture on top, then top with fresh Basil. It sounds like an odd combination, but by the time I finished, I wanted to lick my plate!
