Ingredients
- 10 oz radishes
- 2 tbsp full-fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Daisy cottage cheese
- 6 grape tomatoes
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp dijon mustard
- 1.5 tsp dill
- pink salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop radishes into small cubes
- Boil in a medium saucepan until soft when piercing with a fork
- Drain with colander and rinse with cold water
- Transfer to bowl
- Slice tomatoes into rounds and add to bowl
- Stir in yogurt, cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, mustard, dill, salt and pepper
