Ingredients

  • 10 oz radishes
  • 2 tbsp full-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Daisy cottage cheese
  • 6 grape tomatoes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp dill
  • pink salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Chop radishes into small cubes
  • Boil in a medium saucepan until soft when piercing with a fork
  • Drain with colander and rinse with cold water
  • Transfer to bowl
  • Slice tomatoes into rounds and add to bowl
  • Stir in yogurt, cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, mustard, dill, salt and pepper
