Nacho Kale Chips

  • Air Fryer


  • 1 large bunch of kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Bragg's Nutritional Yeast
  • pink salt


  • Break kale into chip sized pieces
  • Toss kale in olive oil
  • Sprinkle with pink salt and nutritional yeast and stir to coat thoroughly
  • Cook for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, then toss and cook another 5 minutes (or until crispy) *May be baked in oven on parchment paper at 275 degrees for 20 minutes, turning kale halfway through, instead of in air fryer
  • Repeat until all the kale is cooked
  • Store in brown paper bag, Tupperware, or zip lock bag
