Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp Bragg's Nutritional Yeast
- pink salt
Instructions
- Break kale into chip sized pieces
- Toss kale in olive oil
- Sprinkle with pink salt and nutritional yeast and stir to coat thoroughly
- Cook for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, then toss and cook another 5 minutes (or until crispy) *May be baked in oven on parchment paper at 275 degrees for 20 minutes, turning kale halfway through, instead of in air fryer
- Repeat until all the kale is cooked
- Store in brown paper bag, Tupperware, or zip lock bag
