Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Beef 95% lean or buffalo
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cover baking sheet with foil
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing gently
  • Divide into 4 servings and shape into mini loaves
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done
